Sweetie Passion Fruit, as known as Blue Star Passion Fruit.

It's a new Taiwanese passion fruit variety, known for its exceptional sweetness of around 18° Brix.

It combines the rich aroma of traditional Taiwanese passion fruit with the sweetness of peach passion fruit, creating a wonderfully fragrant and sweet flavour.

Grown using a unique hammock-support method, the fruit is gently caught as it ripens instead of falling to the ground. This helps prevent bruising and allows the passion fruit to continue ripening naturally, developing its full sweetness.

來自南投埔里的藍星百香果是台灣今年培育的新品種，以甜度18度出名。

結合傳統百香果(台農1號)的濃厚香氣和水蜜桃百香果(滿天星百香果)的甜，結合成這款又香又甜的百香果。

同時採用吊床栽種，由於百香果屬於後熟型水果，傳統百香果成熟受自然落地時，果肉受到撞擊，在後熟時會比較酸而無法表現出水果的甜。 但吊床栽種的方式，讓百香果成熟時被吊床溫柔的接住，在舒服的吊床上繼續甜蜜蜜的後熟！
