Hualien Dried High Mountain Daylily 高山金針花 50g

Also known as “One-Day Flowers”,

These daylily flowers are grown on Chike Mountain in Hualien, Taiwan, at an altitude of over 900 metres.

The cool mountain climate and large day-to-night temperature changes give them a distinctive aroma and texture. Harvested before sunrise and wood-fired dried immediately, they retain their natural fragrance and flavour.
