Alishan Aiyu Seeds (Aiyu Jelly)

Taiwan’s natural jelly — a light and refreshing dessert made from 100% natural aiyu seeds.

How to Make

1. Place 30g of aiyu seeds into the included rubbing bag and tie securely.
2. Add 2 litres of still mineral water.
3. Gently rub the bag for around 10 minutes, until the natural gel is released.
4. Leave to set for 30 minutes.

As this is 100% natural aiyu jelly, it may begin to release water and soften after two days.

For the best texture, enjoy as soon as possible.
